The China-Europe General Surgery Innovation Forum Successfully Concludes

From April 7 to 11, the China-Europe General Surgery Innovation Forum was successfully held, marking a week of vibrant academic exchange and global collaboration in the field of general surgery.

The forum featured two key events:

• The Young IFSO-APC & International Obesity Society Webinar, hosted at the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, focused on the latest developments in bariatric and metabolic surgery.

• The Emergency Surgery Innovation Academic Conference, held at Peking University People's Hospital, explored new approaches and technologies in emergency surgical care.

We were honored to welcome renowned surgical experts from Turkey, Germany, and Portugal, who engaged in meaningful dialogue and clinical exchange with leading Chinese hospitals and specialists. Their participation brought valuable international perspectives to the discussion of surgical innovation and patient care.
